Returning towards the starting point of my walk this week along Aberavon seafront in south Wales I followed the railings along the promenade and at the point where they turned a right angle ahead of me, I found an amazing mosaic of patterns created by them.
The weather had lifted a little and there were more people about by this time – joggers, walkers, dog walkers, children, cyclists. It may still have been overcast but on a Saturday morning in fabulous surroundings, everyone was out and about and it seemed very appropriate that I was heading for the Health and Wellbeing Fair at Aberavon Beach Hotel.
