StillWalks Sights and Sounds of the Environment Workshops
By booking a place on a StillWalk Workshop, you agree to:
- Arrive on time at the stated meeting place for the workshop.
- Wear suitable clothing and footwear for the weather conditions and terrain (see workshop description).
- Abide by the rules of the countryside – follow the Countryside Code.
- Children should be accompanied by an adult (1 adult to 2 children).
- Maximum adults in a workshop – eight.
- Maximum children in a workshop – four.
- Dogs should be on a lead at all times – please check with the venue as to whether they allow dogs or not.
- Do not stray from the path being followed.
- Do not wander off from the group.
Cancellation / Refunds – If you need to cancel a booking, please do so at least seven days ahead of the workshop date. Half your booking fee will be refunded. If for any reason, the workshop has to be cancelled by StillWalks, you will receive a full refund.
Complaints – If you are unhappy about any aspect of the workshop you attend, please contact StillWalks and we will try to resolve the issue.

By checking the Terms and Conditions box when booking, you are stating that you have read the Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them. Whilst StillWalks workers are fully insured and CRB checked, StillWalks takes no responsibility for any accidents or injuries during the course of a workshop.
