The weather we enjoyed while in Scotland was very mixed, but that is OK because whether the sunsets are with clear skies or the days are wild and windy, the constantly changing conditions are one of the main attractions. Just because it looks dull and wet at one moment rarely means it will be like that all day and you have as good a chance of a clear sky sunset as a dramatic cloudy one.
The soundscape below gives a taster of aural atmosphere of the place with some of the smaller local birds demonstrating their loud voices cannot be drowned out by the sea.
