Not sure if you are still in the area, Alastair, but if you cross the bridge towards Carmarthen, and turn down the side of the chapel, through its car park, there is a footpath along the estuary with a fantastic view back to the town.
Thanks, I think that’s where I was when taking the photos I posted earlier in the week – down towards Kidwelly quay and the mudflats.
